Email Sales Invoicing for Computer and Network Consultants

This week we developed an email-based sales invoicing system to replace the existing manual printing and posting process. Sales Invoices will in future be automatically sent to customers as PDF file attachments.

Key benefits:

  • Savings of over £1000 per annum on postage and stationary costs and time spent printing, folding, franking and posting
  • Earlier payments due to more frequent, automated invoice runs
  • No reliance on the postal service
