New Service Request Management system at CNC
Sweet Code recently developed a major upgrade to CNC Ltd‘s Service Request Management system to enable better control of the process and performance reporting. This has resulted in improved customer service and satisfaction.
- Request process is now managed from logging through to completion
- Dashboards for managers and engineers showing status of all requests
- Automatic emails to customers at each stage of the process
- Monitoring of requests against customer SLAs (service level agreements)
- Alerts to managers if there are problems
- Management reports show service-desk performance statistics
