New Service Request Management system at CNC

Sweet Code recently developed a major upgrade to CNC Ltd‘s Service Request Management system to enable better control of the process and performance reporting. This has resulted in improved customer service and satisfaction.

  • Dashboards for managers and engineers showing status of all requests
  • Automatic emails to customers at each stage of the process
